Is a dripping faucet really worth a service call?

Usually yes. The water wasted adds up on your bill, the drip stains the fixture, and the underlying wear only gets worse. Most drips are fixed in one visit for a modest price you approve first.

Why is my water pressure low at just one faucet?

That points to the faucet itself: a clogged aerator or scaled cartridge. Whole-house low pressure is a different problem, covered on our water pressure and PRV page.

Can you replace the shut-off valves under my sink?

Yes, and it is often smart to do while the sink is already apart. Old quarter-turn valves that no longer close are one of the most common things we replace.
